Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has expired we are no longer able to offer return/exchange on your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging.
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, we will notify you of the status of your exchange via email. A gift/credit voucher will be issued once product is returned. You can then order the replacement product using this credit voucher simply by entering the code at check out.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to return/exchange item(s).
